What are the payment options?

We take credit cards, debit, cash or e-transfer.  No barter for chickens.

What is your return policy?

No returns on Orthotics or bracing. Returns on other products only accepted if there is a defect, which must be reported within 30 days.  But we do take care to select sturdy products. If you have any problems, please talk to us.

How do I make a claim for the products?

We are familiar with health insurance and can help!

  • We can call your insurance (with your permission) to find details.

  • You may need a prescription from a medical doctor.  For some plans from Great West Life/Canada Life, a prescription from our Physiotherapist is eligible.

  • We can arrange a video appt with one of our Medical Doctors to get your prescription.

  • We provide all the required paperwork and details such as, invoice, dispense date, make/model, biomecahnical and gait analysis, manufacturing technique.


Yeah, claims can be complicated.  That's why we offer to help :)

Are your products covered by my Employee Benefits or Extended Health Coverage?

Your benefits may cover our products, especially the orthotics and compression socks.  The other fitness items may be covered a Health Spending Account.  If you are unsure, contact us and we'll call you insurance company for you.
